How do I buy from Urban Retreat?
1. Hours of operation.
We are open on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
from 10am - 2pm, Saturday from 10am- 4pm, and Sunday from 12pm-4pm.
It helps to take measurements of your room in advance and bring
the dimensions with you on your first visit. Be sure to measure
all entryways, elevators, and up all staircases for delivery
purposes.
2. Come to our warehouse and pick out your furniture.
The fun begins! You will be welcomed into
the warehouse and shown our amazing wall of comparables where you will
see the reason for your visit – SAVINGS!! Next, we’ll sit
you down with our manufacturers’ catalogs, fabric and finish
samples. You can see first hand the quality of the manufacturer’s
furniture by looking at the samples we have on the floor.
3. Place your order.
Make sure you have made up your mind.
Urban Retreat has a no returns policy. Once you place your order we ask
for a 50% deposit, the remainder to be paid before delivery. The
manufacturer gets busy on your order and you can expect your order to
be ready for shipment within 6-8 weeks from the time it is placed. The
waiting period depends on the manufacturer. Also, expect an additional
2-3 weeks for freight delivery. Customer pick-ups can be arranged or we
can schedule a delivery to your home for a separate fee.
4. Wait patiently!
We know you will be eager to receive your
new furniture, but please be patient. We ask that you refrain from
calling Urban Retreat until the 8th week after your order has been
placed. Once the order has been received by our local delivery company
you will receive a call to schedule delivery. Remember, their fees are
separate from the furniture and need to be paid directly to the
delivery company.
