URBAN RETREAT strives to provide the best service and products for our customers and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Therefore, please review our policies.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
If for any reason you want to make a change or cancel your order, you have 3 days from the invoice date to do so. All cancellations or changes must be in writing and signed by both the customer and Urban Retreat. Otherwise, it's yours. Customer is also responsible for measuring. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR MAKE REFUNDS. Therefore, please make sure the color, dimensions, etc. on your invoice are accurate. Merchandise that arrives at URBAN RETREAT with defects or damages will be returned to the manufacturer. Customer has 3 days after merchandise is received to declare any defects, after 3 days merchandise is not replaceable. Please allow 10-12 weeks for replacement. Again, Urban Retreat will not offer any monetary compensation for this unforeseen event.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time is based on industry averages and we will do our best to assure the quoted ETA of 8-10 weeks. However, unforeseen delays DO occur and URBAN RETREAT will NOT offer any monetary compensation or discounts due to delays or backordered items. If your goods arrive early, we will call you before the ETA. We ask that you do not call for status checks until the 8th week, if you haven't already been contacted, and we will follow-up ASAP.
DELIVERIES & PICK-UPS
All home deliveries are handled through an outside delivery company. Once your furniture reaches their receiving warehouse, you will be contacted by them to set up a delivery time. Please be advised that this is a separate company, and you are responsible for paying them directly for your delivery. A rate schedule is available at URBAN RETREAT at your request.
Customer pick-ups are also available at URBAN RETREAT. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVING MATERIALS (ropes, blankets, etc.). URBAN RETREAT will contact you once your items are received. You have 7 days to pick up your items or you will be charged $10/day for each additional day until items are claimed.
COLORS/FINISHES
URBAN RETREAT does its best to ensure that the product you receive matches your order. However, due to the uniqueness of some of our products: color, finish and dye lot may vary on each item. In addition, continual exposure to light and temperature changes will affect wear. Also note, that when ordering matching furniture pieces, it's best to order at the same time to assure the same color/finish and dye lot.
